Lemongrass Day Spa Policies & Procedures

At Lemongrass Day Spa, our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional spa experience. To ensure fairness, respect our therapists’ time, and accommodate as many guests as possible, we ask that all guests review the following policies before scheduling an appointment.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on therapist availability. While we are happy to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible, same-day and walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed. We encourage guests to schedule in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and when redeeming gift cards.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify Lemongrass Day Spa no later than 2:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made after 2:00 PM the day before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
• Day-of cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
• If multiple services are scheduled, you are responsible for the full value of the entire appointment.

Appointment Reminder Policy

As a courtesy, Lemongrass Day Spa may send appointment confirmations and reminder emails or text messages. These reminders are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed.

If you do not receive a reminder, you are still responsible for remembering and arriving for your scheduled appointment. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive or change our cancellation or no-show policy.

Gift Card Policy

All gift cards are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the back of every gift card.

Our gift card software automatically expires gift cards on the expiration date. Once expired, gift cards cannot be extended, reactivated, or overridden.

Gift cards do not guarantee appointment availability. Because appointments are scheduled based on therapist availability, we encourage guests to schedule well before their gift card expires. If we are fully booked prior to the expiration date, we are unable to create appointments that are not available or extend an expired gift card.

Gift Card Redemption

Gift cards may be used to reserve your appointment and are subject to our cancellation and no-show policy.

To redeem your gift card at the time of your service:

• Physical gift cards must be presented at check-in.
• Online gift cards must be printed and presented at check-in.

If a gift card is not presented at the time of service, guests may be required to pay for the service and redeem the gift card at a later date once the original gift card is presented.

Gift Cards, Account Credits & Cancellation Policy

Gift cards, online gift cards, gift certificates, account credits, and spa credits are all subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy.

If you cancel after 2:00 PM the day before your appointment, cancel on the day of your appointment, or fail to arrive for your appointment, your gift card, account credit, or spa credit will be applied toward the full value of your scheduled services.

Donation Cards

Donation cards are subject to the following restrictions:

• Must be redeemed before the expiration date printed on the card.
• Valid Monday through Thursday only.
• Must be booked with the therapist listed on the donation card.
• Cannot be transferred, extended, or exchanged for cash.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving late may receive an abbreviated service so that the next scheduled guest is not delayed. The full service fee will still apply.

Policy Acknowledgement

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing or redeeming a gift card, using an account credit, or accepting a donation card, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Lemongrass Day Spa policies.

These policies are applied consistently to every guest and help us respect the time of our therapists while providing the best possible experience for all of our clients.

*If pregnant must receive mommy to be massage.
*If you have allergies, any medical information, or any surgeries in the past 12 months.

Gift Card Policy:

• Gift card will be emailed to address entered on the order, if a different address is desired please include the address in the comment area.
• No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
• Gift cards have 6 month expiration date from day of purchase and can be redeem for any services or retail items at our location.
• This gift card can be redeemable towards any services at our location equaling up to the value.
• Online Gift card must be printed out to redeem.

Cancelation Policy:

• You must call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, no later than 2 pm the day before the appointment to avoid being charged and losing the service (We are closed on Sundays)
