The skin is gently exfoliated with added steam to aid in softening and opening the pores.  If needed , manual extractions are done followed by a hot towel that is applied before a refining mask.  This session includes a face, neck, and shoulder massage.

Tip 3. Avoid using exfoliating products, at least for a few days. Tip 4. Men should shave the morning of their facial appointment. Tip 5. Facials should be done 2-3 days before an event.
