Sports Massage

Geared towards athletes, trainers and those subjected to excessive physical labor. Sports sessions include a tension relief with incorporated stretching, stripping of the bigger muscles such as a trapezoid, glutes, and IT bands using deep tissue pressure to other areas of stress and ridding of trigger points.  The sports session is also beneficial pre and post competitions or games as it allows the body to lubricate the joints, tissues, and results in a significant increase in a range of motion flexibility and overall performance.

*If pregnant must receive mommy to be massage.
*If you have allergies, any medical information, or any surgeries in the past 12 months.

Gift Card Policy:

• Gift card will be emailed to address entered on the order, if a different address is desired please include the address in the comment area.
• No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
• Gift cards have 6 month expiration date from day of purchase and can be redeem for any services or retail items at our location.
• This gift card can be redeemable towards any services at our location equaling up to the value.
• Online Gift card must be printed out to redeem.

Cancelation Policy:

• You must call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, no later than 2 pm the day before the appointment to avoid being charged and losing the service (We are closed on Sundays)
